How to create login details for agents, tour operators and corporate bookers

Known as a 'Client login', these can be created for travel agents, tour operators and corporate booking agents, providing them with preferred or negotiated rates and availability.

The clients will be able to log in via your NightsBridge Booking Engine and have access their preferred rates and make the necessary bookings.

Go to Client Login

On the Homepage, click on 'Booking Engine' under the Content section.

Click on Client Login under Web Info

Select the 'Client Login' tab at the top of the Booking Engine page.

Add the Client Login

Click the '+Add' button under the Client List section.

Click on Add

Fill in the Client Login details

  1. Add the Company name.
  2. Add the client's Surname.
  3. Add the client's Phone number.
  4. Add the client's Email address.
  5. Assign the client a Login (username).
  6. Set the client login Password - you will provide this password to the client.
  7. Choose whether to Force Credit Card Payments or not.
  8. Select a rate sheet from the drop-down list.
  9. Click 'Save'.

We would assume that you already have contracted payment terms in place with the client you are adding.

  • If you don’t have contracted payment terms in place, tick 'Force Credit Card Payments' This will ensure that the booker has to enter card details to pay for the booking.
  • If you have contracted payment terms in place, "Payment terms as per agreed arrangement" will be stated on the confirmation
Complete Contact Details for Client

Provide the client with their login details.

You can email the client their login (username) and password.
They will use these credentials to access their agreed rates via your NightsBridge Booking Engine.

Note the password.
Passwords will not be displayed after they are created for security reasons. 

Test the logins on your Booking Engine.

Open your booking engine.
Visit the tutorial, 'How to view your NightsBridge Booking Engine should you need guidance with this.

1. Click 'Login' on the top-right-hand-side of the booking engine.

Your Travel Agent/Corporate Member Can Now Log In on the Booking Form from Your Webpage

2. Enter the login details on the pop-up box.
3. Click 'Login"

4. Not that the user logged in is now displayed.
