There are two different forms of articles in our Knowledgebase. There are specific ways to navigate through each of the article types.
Standard articles
- A standard article gives you information and step-by-step instructions on how to do something in NightsBridge.
- You navigate through the article using your scroll bar.
Articles with questions
- A workflow article guides you through complex scenarios in a conversational way.
- These articles include questions, answers, actions and step-by-step instructions depending on how you answer. They prevent you from looking at information which doesn't relate to your particular situation.
- You navigate through the article using a combination of clicking on answers and using your scroll bar.
Navigating articles with questions
- In a workflow article you will be presented with a question and a set of possible answers.
- Click on the option which relates to your situation with your mouse. In this example, you want to choose the By a percentage (Basic Rate Discount).
- The information relating only to that selection will appear.
- A green tick will show that you have made a choice.
- You can then carry on with going through the article.
- If you need to change your selection, you need to go back to the previous question. In this example, if you actually want to change your rates using a Fixed Rate (Old Rate Discount), then click back on the question again.
You will then be given the choice again and you can make a different selection.
