If you want to delete a Note you recorded against a chat in Guest Chat, you can remove it.
Open the chat.
Click on the 3 dots next to the note you'd like to delete. In this example, we want to remove the note about Anne's birthday.
Click to Remove note.
Click Remove to confirm that you want to delete the note.
