BetterGuest provides guest communication solutions, centered around automation and personalisation, built right into NightsBridge
These personalised automated communication features include (but are not limited to):
- sending a confirmation SMS/email
- requesting guest registration for check-in
- providing guests with more information e.g., directions or WiFi passwords
- up-selling extras, promos or specials
- requesting guest reviews
How does BetterGuest work?
- Sign-up:
• via the Links Manager on NightsBridge
• initial onboading will be managed by BetterGuest directly. - Support:
• All queries will be addressed by NightsBridge Support with escalations sent to the NightsBridge Partner Sales Team when needed.

What does BetterGuest cost?
Pricing (all excluding VAT), which will be invoiced by NightsBridge on a monthly or yearly basis, according to your current invoicing cycle:
- 1 to 5 rooms: R245
- 6 to 9 rooms: from R265 (+R20 per room for rooms 7-9)
- 10 to 19 rooms: from R385 (+R10 per room for rooms 11-19)
- 20+ rooms: from R480 (+R5 per room for rooms 21+).
The client will qualify for the same discounts as when they pay 6 or 12 months upfront.
Service payment via NightsBridge
The BetterGuest billing will be added to the property's NightsBridge invoice (as of 1 July 2025).
