Connecting to NightsBridge Support

Before sharing computer access -
When sharing your screen with anyone, it's recommended to minimise or close any unneeded or personal information before accepting a connection.

Provide the consultant with the AnyDesk Address

Once opened, AnyDesk will display your address.
Provide this address to the consultant.
This will be used to request the connection to your computer.

Here is an example of AnyDesk and how your address is displayed.

Both the 9-digit numeric address, and the alpha-numeric address below it, function as your AnyDesk address. Either of these can be provided to the consultant.

Receive & accept the connection request

The consultant will use the AnyDesk address to request a connection with your computer.
A pop-up will appear on your screen informing you of the connection request.

Click on 'Accept'
Once accepted, the consultant will be able to see your screen and control your keyboard and mouse.

Please note that once connected, only one user (you or the consultant) can control the keyboard or mouse at any given time.
Using the keyboard or mouse while the consultant is virtually assisting you will interrupt their ability to use the keyboard and/or mouse.

Disconnect once done

Once done, click on 'Disconnect' to end the connection.
The consultant will no longer have access once you have disconnected.

Once disconnected, access can only be grated again by accepting a new connection request. AnyDesk will not permit a connection without someone accepting it first.
