You can request connections with booking channels and partner websites using the Links Manager.
The channel or partner might need some extra info from you, so look out for emails from them for details.
Check the links manager to see when the connection is live.
Navigate to the Links Manager
From Home, click on 'Integration Requests' under the heading Integrations.
The Links Manager will open.
Review the available channels and partners
Channels within the Links Manager are grouped by the commission percentage they charge.
Scroll down the page to see the available channels and partners.
Request a connection
Note the commission amount.
- Clicking on 'How the connection works' will provide you with the basic information about the booking, policies, payments and invoicing information for the channel.
- Click on 'Conditions and Payment policy' to expand the section and display the additional information.
- Read the policy information and make sure you are comfortable with the conditions.
- Tick the box that says 'I agree to all conditions and payment policy and request my link'. This will accept the terms and conditions.
- Click 'Confirm' to request the connection.
For most connection requests, the request will be sent directly to the channel.

Review your active links
Links that are active will state 'YOUR LINK IS ACTIVE WITH THIS SITE'.
Review your pending links
Links which have been requested but which are not yet activated will state 'YOUR REQUEST IS BEING PROCESSED'.
A connection activation may take up to a week to for the partner site/channel to process.
If you have requested a link but have not heard back from them, please follow up with the channel.
