Contacting NightsBridge Support using the online chat

The online chat feature is a great way to quickly get in touch with the NightsBridge Support team.
You can also find answers to questions in the form of tutorials and FAQs via the chatbox.

Send us a message directly on NightsBridge

1. Open the Chatbox panel

  • Click on the blue chat icon at the bottom-left of your browser window

Once clicked on, the chatbox panel will pop up.

2. Click on 'Send us a message'

3. Type your message and click send

  1. Type your message in the text field
  2. Click the send icon (⬆)

Once sent, a support team member will receive your message and respond as soon as possible.

Usually within a few minutes.

To hide the online from view

  • To hide the online chat, click the blue arrow.

The online chat panel will minimise.
