You generate a credit card link for a guest to use to make payment in Owners' Login.
Log into NightsBridge

Go to Booking and Payments Status page
You can get to the Booking and Payments Status page in a few ways:
- Open the booking in your online calendar and click on View Payment Status and Booking History.
- Click Quick View in the blue menu on the left
- Find the booking you want to generate the credit card link for and click the View Booking and Payment Status button.
- Enter the 8-digit booking ID to the search field in the menu on the left and click Go.
Generate the credit card link
On the Booking and Payment Status page, scroll down to the Booking Details section, and click on View Credit Card Link.
Choose if you want 3D secure to be enabled.
If you are on PayBridge, we recommend 3D secure is enabled. Please look at our tutorial on How 3D secure payments work if you need more information on this.
- You will be asked if you want 3D secure to be enabled.
Are you using PayBridge?
- Choose Yes to send a one time-pin to the guest for them to enter the pin to continue with processing payment.
- Choose No. The extra verification will not be done with the bank.
As you're not using PayBridge, we will not process the payment when the guest enters their credit card details. The card details will be stored in NightsBridge for you to view and manually process with your own card facility.
Copy/Open the credit card link
- Open the URL.
- Copy the URL.
You can email the guest so that they can enter their own card details to process the payment themselves.
Email the credit card link to the guest
- Paste the credit card link into an email.
- Send the email to the client.
The credit card link is only valid for 3 days. We do not want personal information to be available any longer for security purposes.
