When a same-day arrival booking is made and card payment is processed, an email will be sent to alert you of the booking.

Booking criteria:
• Bookings made on the arrival date,
• and paid by credit card when booked
Alert reason:
• These bookings tend to have a higher risk of leading to charge-backs.
If a payment has failed, please make sure you arrange payment before the guest checks in. NightsBridge cannot help getting payment for a failed transaction. You can follow these steps and make sure to generate a 3D secure link to send to your guest for payment.
