You can generate a NightsBridge Pay link to send to the guest if you need to get payment for a booking.

In order to generate a NightsBridge Pay link, the guest's surname, contact number & email address needs to be loaded in the booking.

This is for security purposes and to ensure that the guest receives email notifications of the NightsBridge Pay transactions. If there are no contact details, where would you send the link to?
If you do not have these details loaded in the booking, you will get the following error when trying to generate the link:

The NightsBridge Pay link will then open

Once the screen opens all you will need to do is click on Ok, and paste it in an email to open the NightsBridge Pay screen.
Please make sure that the guest details are updated correct. The email and the contact number need to be entered before you can generate the payment link.
Once the credit card link has been sent to the guest, it would only be valid for 3 days, as we do not want personal information to be available any longer.
