This tutorial will explain what you will need to do in order to allow remote access to your Mac via Anydesk or TeamViewer. You will need to do this in order to give a NightsBridge consultant access to your computer during a support session which will allow the consultant to move your mouse, etc.
To allow the consultant access, you will need to click on open system preferences
Open "System Preferences" and click on Security & Privacy

Click on the lock to make changes and allow access

Please note that you will only see these apps if they're installed on your Mac or have run in the past.
Enter computer password

To make the changes and to allow computer access, you will need to enter your computer password to confirm the changes.
Select either AnyDesk or TeamViewer

Close the screen to update the changes
