The STO Rates need to be created on the NightsBridge Setup before they can be connected to the Tour Operator. Please look at our articles on how to create a STO rate sheet if you need more information on how to do this.
Sign in to your Owner's Login
Please look at our articles on how to log into your Owner's Login if you need more information on how to do that.
Click on Web Rates under the Web Info tab.
Call NightsBridge on +27 (0) 21 790 9910 to enable Web Rates if it does not appear under the Web Info tab. Please advise which Tour Operator you would like to link to when contacting NightsBridge.
Select the STO Rate Sheet you've created, in the block next to the Tour Operator.
Select the STO Rate Sheet you have just created for the Tour Operator from the drop-down next to the Tour Operator. Once you are done, click on save at the bottom of the page.
Please Note: STO Rate Sheets are ONLY meant for Tour Operators. If you are using STO Rate Sheets for other channels, you will be charged commission on your lower rate. Linking STO rates to other channels will also lead to a rate parity issue with the extranets.
Click on Save.
