How to Add Your Direct Booking Link to Your Instagram Bio

Your Instagram profile is the perfect place to showcase your beautiful rooms, and it can also be an incredible tool for capturing direct, commission-free bookings! Turning your followers into paying guests is as simple as adding a booking link right to your bio.

Here is exactly how to set up your Instagram booking link:

A quick note: To use this feature, just make sure your property is set up with an official Instagram Business Account rather than a standard personal profile!

First, simply head over to the Links Manager in your NightsBridge. Request the link for Instagram, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click 'Confirm'.

To make sure guests land straight on your property's calendar, you will need to use a specific web address.

Simply copy this exact link:

and replace the little 'xxxxx' with your own NightsBridge ID (BBID).

A quick technical tip:

You will need to do this step on your mobile phone! Instagram's desktop website doesn't currently allow you to manage profile links, so make sure you have the mobile app open).

Open your Instagram app and head over to your professional profile page. Tap 'Edit Profile',

then 'Add link',

and select 'Add external link'.

  1. Paste your unique link into the URL field.
  2. You can type a name into the 'Title' field if you'd like (don't worry, this title is just for your own records and won't display to your guests!).
  3. Tap the '✓' (tick) to save your changes.

Once saved, tap the new link in your bio to test it out—you should be taken straight to your own beautiful booking form!

A clever tip for tracking:

Once your link is live, NightsBridge automatically tracks any guests who use it! Whenever a booking comes through your bio, your NightsBridge system and reports will clearly display "Instagram" as the source, so you always know exactly how well your social media is performing.
