Select the listings you want the rate plan to apply to

Under Pricing

  • Choose Base it on an existing rate plan
  • Choose the rate plan you want to base the special rate on

Please make sure to choose the default meal plan for the listing on NightsBridge.
If you have more than one meal plan across your room types, please create separate rate plans for each meal, then choose the listings for those meal plans as their default meal plan on NightsBridge.

Choose how you want to adjust the rate

  • For the special rate, click Make it cheaper.
  • Add the percentage the rate should decrease by.

Add the minimum and maximum length of stay required for the rate plan

  1. Add a minimum length of stay (if required):
    • Eg. A guest needs to book for at least 2 nights to see this rate plan.
  2. Add a maximum length of stay (if required):
    • Eg. A guest cannot book for more than a 1 week to see this rate plan.

Add the minimum and maximum lead time

  1. Add a minimum lead time if required:
    • Eg. A guest cannot book this rate plan for the same day they arrive.
  2. Add a maximum lead time if required:
    • Eg. A guest cannot book this rate plan after a certain period.

If you're going to set up a max booking lead time, please ensure that  you update the max booking lead time on the NightsBridge created rate plan i.e. the default meal plan on NightsBridge for the listings.

Enter the amount of days away from your last season date on NightsBridge, as the max lead time on the rate plan on Airbnb. This will prevent any availability issues. E.g. if your  last season date is 2 years from today, then enter 730 days.
