You can write a detailed description of your property, a web teaser and add the star grading info. Additional sections are provided for in-room & on-site facilities, nearby attractions and information about the area.
Some of this information is displayed on your Booking Engine, while the rest is made available to partner websites you're connected to via NightsBridge. This information is then available for the channel to use as required.
As this information is used for promoting your establishment, the wording should be very appealing and sell the property in a positive light.
This information is used to promote your property - make sure the information is attractive to readers.
Go to 'Property Descriptions'
- Select 'Content' on the Main Menu
- Click on 'Property'
The 'Property Descriptions' page will display.
Update the information
1. Scroll through the page and update the sections as needed.
These sections are:
- Property / Accommodation Description
- Web Teaser
- Star grading: Tourism Grading Council of South Africa (TGCSA)
- Star grading: Self-grade (in your opinion)
- In-Room Facilities
- Facilities On-Site
- Attractions
Most of these are free-type fields - you can write the descriptions as you like.

2. Once updated, simply click on 'Save'
