This tutorial will take you through the steps that you will need to take in order to personalize your NightsBridge Booking form.
It is very important to personalize your booking form to match your color scheme as well as the look and feel of your website.
Accessing your booking form.
You're able to access your booking form via your website or through the NightsBridge Owner's Login.
How to update what displays at the top of the booking form.
- The name of the property pulls through from your Setup. This can be changed or updated in the basic setup.Keep in mind that if you change the name of the property, this will also change the name on some of the partner sites.
- The "View Calendar" button can be turned on or off, depending on your preferences. If you do not want your calendar availability to be available to prospective guests, you can turn this off in your booking form settings on WebView.
How to update the colour of the booking form.
If you have a specific colour scheme on your website and would like your booking form to match it, all you will need to do is get the colour scheme from the web designer and send it to us at NightsBridge so that we can make the changes for you.
All you will need to provide us is the hexadecimal colour code eg: #0EA1D5 or you can provide us with a sample from your website.

How to update the photos and property & room type descriptions
When personalizing your Booking form you will need to make sure the below is updated
- Room pictures are updated correctly via Image uploader,
- Your booking form will also allow the guest to see your room Amenities. In order to update your room amenities, you will need to do that on the owner's login.
- It is important for the room type description to be updated correctly. In order to update the room type description, you will need to get that added directly to your setup. .
