This tutorial will show you how to remove a room from being sold online.
You will need to remove the room from the room type it is linked to in the NightsBridge Setup program.
The physical room will still appear on your NightsBridge calendar for you to enter bookings manually, but it will no longer be visible or bookable online.
Open the NightsBridge Setup program
Please look at our tutorial on how to access NightsBridge Setup if you need more information on how to do this.
Click on Step 2: Setup Rooms
Click on Room Types
Click on the room type name which the physical room is currently linked to
Untick the room
Click on Save
The name of the physical room will now be removed from the list of rooms currently linked to the room type to be sold online.
Click on Save again
Click on Exit
When you are finished, click on Publish
The changes will now be successfully updated on the NightsBridge server and the physical room will no longer be visible or bookable online (from the NightsBridge booking form on your property's own website or from partner websites which your property is connected to via NightsBridge).
The physical room will still appears on your NightsBridge calendar
The physical room still appears on your NightsBridge calendar (PCBridge) for you to be able to enter bookings manually.
How my NightsBridge bill will be changed
- All invoices generated in future will be updated based on your new number of rooms sold online.
- If you have a current invoice and the change was before the 15th of the month, please email [email protected] and we will update your invoice for you.
- If the change was after the 15th of the month, the previous number of rooms is due for your current invoice.
