Descriptive and appealing Room Type Names make it easy for your guests to find what they're looking to book.
Use these guidelines to create your Room Type Name, when setting up your Room Type.
Please look at our article on how to set up your Room Types if you want more information on this.
If you have an existing listing on Booking.com, use the same room type names on NightsBridge. This way, your room type names are standardised, applied on all channels and easily translated into different languages understood by guests.
- Use standardised and descriptive names that will be understood by all guests.
- Use the quality of the room + type of room + unique feature as a guideline for naming your room types. eg Deluxe double room with garden view or Family apartment with sea view.
- If units has more than 2 bedrooms, then it will be good to include the amount of bedrooms, or the max occupancy for the guest. E.g. Standard 2 bedroom apartment with sea view or Standard 5 sleeper holiday home.
- Only choose the max occupancy option, if you can accommodate 2 people in a bedroom each. E.g calling it a 5 sleeper holiday home, if there are 2/3 bedrooms.
