• SA-Venues offers accommodation bookings on their website.

• The public (potential guests) book online.

• Open your Owners Login >> Links >> Links Manager
• Tick SA-Venues to request the link.
• Once SA-Venues has created your listing, they will receive your rates and availability for real-time bookings through NightsBridge.

• SA-Venues accepts Campsite room types
• Bookings can be made via instant Booking (NightsBridge) or Enquiry (Direct).
• By default, the guest's contact information is only provided after the guest has confirmed the booking on SA-Venues (sent to you directly by SA-Venues).
• You can contact SA-Venues to request the guest's contact info to be included when making the booking via NightsBridge.

• NightsBridge provides SA-Venues with your content (descriptions and images) as set up on NightsBridge to create your listing.
• When your content or photos change, please contact SA-Venues directly to update your listing.

• SA-Venues takes payment from the guest.

  • Guests can choose 1 of 2 payment options when booking:
    Full Payment Upfront: SA-Venues will take 100% deposit and pays you less their commission within 3-5 working days OR
    
    

  • Only Deposit (minimum of 50%): SA-Venues takes 50% deposit and pays you less their commission within 3-5 working days. Balance of payment to be made by the guest directly to you, the property.

• The property needs to refund SA-Venues directly. 
• SA-Venues will refund the guest.

• 15% (including VAT)
  

• NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to SA-Venues.
• VAT and commission payable to SA-Venues must be included in your rates.

• Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to SA-Venues via your NightsBridge Setup.
• Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the 15% commission charged on top of the discount.

The policies you have set up in NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via SA-Venues:

• Cancellation policy
• Child policy
• Minimum length stay
