- NightsBridge provides Escape To The Country with your content (description and images) as set up on NightsBridge to create your listing.
- When your content or photos change, please contact Escape To The Country directly to update your listing.

- Booking channels are able to extract certain content elements from NightsBridge.
If any of the details listed below are updated on NightsBridge, please contact the booking channel directly, requesting a listing update.

• Amenities
• Room description
• About the property
• About the area
• Amenities available at establishment
- Any other information must be added or communicated to the booking channel directly.

| Payments |
- Escape to the Country takes full payment from the guest and pays the Establishment within 7 days prior to the guest's check-in date, less the agreed commission.
- If there are any outstanding amounts, the guest will need to settle directly with you.

| Refunds |
- The property needs to refund Escape to the Country.
- Escape to the Country will refund the guest.

- If your currency is not ZAR, you will have to create a STO rate sheet and select ZAR as the currency.
- You will then need to link the STO rate sheet to the channel via Channel Management>Web Rates.

| Rates |
- NightsBridge provides your RACK rates, as entered in your NightsBridge setup, to Escape to the Country.
- VAT and commission payable to Country Escapes must be included in your rates.

| Specials and packages |
- Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to Escape to the Country via your NightsBridge setup.
- Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the 15% commission charged on top of that discount.
