- NightsBridge provides Country Escapes with your content (description and images) as set up on NightsBridge to create your listing. 
 
- When your content or photos change, please contact Country Escapes directly to update your listing.

| Payments | 
- Payment is made by credit card via NightsBridge Pay at the time of booking.
 
- If there are any outstanding amounts, the guest will need to settle directly with you.

| Refunds | 
- The property needs to refund NightsBridge Pay.
 
- NightsBridge Pay will refund the guest. 
 
  | 
| Countries/Currency | 
- South Africa only.
 
- ZAR.
 
- If your currency is not ZAR, you will have to create a STO rate sheet and select ZAR as the currency.
 
- You will then need to link the STO rate sheet to the channel via Channel Management>Web Rates.

10% (including VAT) | 
| Rates | 
- NightsBridge provides your RACK rates, as entered in your NightsBridge setup, to Country Escapes. 
 
- VAT and commission payable to Country Escapes must be included in your rates

| Specials and packages | 
- Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to Coutnry Escapes via your NightsBridge setup. 
 
- Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the 10% commission charged on top of that discount.

The policies you have set up in NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via Country Escapes:
- Deposit policy
 
- Cancellation policy 
 
- Child policy 
 
- Minimum length stay
