• The agent who books on behalf of their client, using AgentBridge.

• Open your Homepage >> Integrations >> Integration Requests Links Manager
• Tick Corporates and Agents (Corp15) to request the link.
• Once we have enabled your link, you will be bookable.

• Bookings are all instant via NightsBridge.

• XL Nexus uses our content as added by each property (NightsBridge booking form). 
• Changes made on NightsBridge update instantly.

• 100% Payment is made by credit card via NightsBridge Pay at the time of booking. 
• If there are any outstanding amounts, the guest will need to settle directly with you.

• Invoicing is done through the CAPS system.
• CAPS will invoice XL Nexus on your behalf.

• The property needs to refund NightsBridge Pay.
• NightsBridge Pay will refund the guest.

• South Africa only.
• ZAR only.

• 15% (including VAT)

• NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to XL Nexus.
• VAT and commission payable to XL Nexus must be included in your rates.

• Corporate allowances are enabled for XL Nexus.

• Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to XL Nexus via your NightsBridge Setup.
• Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the 15% commission charged on top of the discount.

The policies you have set up in NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via XL Nexus
