• Tick Afristay to request the link.
• Once Afristay has created your listing, they will receive your rates and availability for real-time bookings through NightsBridge.

• Bookings can be made via instant Booking (NightsBridge) or Enquiry (Direct)

• Afristay accepts Campsite room types.
• NightsBridge provides the booking channel with your content (descriptions and images) as set up on NightsBridge, to create your listing.

• Booking channels are able to extract certain content elements from NightsBridge.
• If any of the details listed below are updated on NightsBridge, please contact the booking channel directly, requesting a listing update.

• Any other information must be added or communicated to the booking channel directly.

• Afristay takes payment from the guest.
• You  must choose one of the following payment options when setting up your listing:
  • Commission amount: Afristay will take a deposit equal to the amount of commission for the booking. Guest to pay the balance directly to the property OR
  • 50% Deposit: Afristay takes 50% deposit and pays the property less their commission. Balance of payment to be made by the guest directly to the property OR
  • 100% Deposit: Afristay takes 100% payment and pays the property less their commission.
    

• The property needs to refund Afristay directly. 
• Afristay will refund the guest.

• NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to Afristay.
• VAT and commission payable to Afristay must be included in your rates.

• Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to Afristay via your NightsBridge Setup.
• Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the 15% commission charged on top of the discount.

• Child policy
• Minimum length stay
