- Bookings are made on TravelPort/Hotelzon/TripStax and are instant Bookings (NightsBridge).
- The NightsBridge chain code is TU.
- The booking source will be Hotelzon.
- Booking details can be found in the notes of the booking.

- Nightsbridge is connected to their booking platform via the TravelPort/Hotelzon/TripStax Hotels Connect platform. Tripstax also have other hotel provider sources.

| Payments |
- TravelPort/Hotelzon/TripStax provides multiple different payment options to their customers or their customers can choose to pay at the hotel.
|
| Refunds |
- Refunds are dependent on the refund policies of the book rates.
|
| Countries/Currencies |
- TravelPort/Hotelzon/TripStax do not collect payments themselves, but show the hotel listed rates in multiple currencies depending on your set up profile within their tool/system.
- Tripstax is a global company.

- Commissions are dependent on agreement with the hotel providers and TravelPort/Hotelzon/TripStax Hotels.

| Rates |
- All Nightsbridge rates loaded into the TravelPort/Hotelzon/TripStax Hotels Connect platform are made available for bookings in the TravelPort/Hotelzon/TripStax Hotels booking platform.

| Specials and packages |
- They do not use the NightsBridge Specials and packages.

| Policies |
- Policies are setup with Tripstax directly and their end users can see the policies when they booking

| How to cancel your link |
- Reach out to NightsBridge to remove the connection.
