How to update your contact information

Running a guesthouse means you handle a lot of communication. You want to make sure the right person handles the right task – whether you want NightsBridge invoices sent straight to your accountant or guest questions directed to your property manager. We built the Contacts page so you can easily decide exactly who gets contacted about what. Follow these steps to make sure the right messages reach the right people.

Getting to Your Contacts Page

Open your Property Menu, choose 'Property & Business Info'.

Next, select 'Contacts'.

When you type in your phone numbers, keep the formatting simple. Leave out the plus sign in the country field, and drop the starting zero for any cellphone numbers.

Managing Your Property Owner Details

You gave NightsBridge your property owner details when you first joined us. Because we treat these owner details like the master keys to your business, you cannot change the owner details yourself. If you ever need to update the owner information, just give our Support team a shout. We are always just a phone call away.

Updating Property Manager and Account Contact Details

Do you want all messages to go straight to you, the owner? Just set the Property Manager and Account Contact details to 'Same as Property Owner'.

If you want to assign a different property manager or accountant, we use a One Time Pin to keep your account completely safe. Think of the One Time Pin like a friendly security guard checking identification before letting someone into your back office. Follow these steps and we will update your contacts together:

  • Click the 'Edit' button and select 'Generate Code'.
  • We will send a secure One Time Pin to the property owner, along with a message confirming where the pin went and how long the pin stays valid.
  • Type the received pin into the blank blocks provided and click 'Go'.
  • Click the 'Yes/No' toggle button to activate the entry fields, type in your new property manager or account contact details, and click 'Save'.
  • A confirmation screen pops up. Click 'Confirm' to see a green 'Success' message, which tells you we saved your changes successfully.

Added Security to Help You Sleep Better at Night

To give you extra peace of mind and help you sleep better at night, we lock these contact fields once you save your changes. Locking the fields means nobody can tamper with your details later. You can still change your website domain and property directions anytime you need to.
