Your Property Menu Overview

Behind every great property is a solid set of background details. Your Property Menu is your personal space for the really important structural settings that keep your business running smoothly - like how your guests pay, who we should contact, and what level of system access your team has.

Where to find it

You can easily click into your Property Menu from almost anywhere in NightsBridge, with just a few exceptions like when you are busy working in your Calendar, your Rate Setup, or your Image Uploader.

What you can do in your Property Menu

We've grouped all your important background settings together to make them easy to find. From this menu, you have quick access to:

  • Property & Business Info: Keep your property address, pin location, business registration, VAT details, and main contact people perfectly up to date.
  • Payment & Banking: Manage how your guests pay you, which credit cards you accept, and exactly how you receive your payouts from us.
  • Billing / NightsBridge Account: Keep an eye on your NightsBridge account balance, view your statements, and check past invoices.
  • Users & Security: Manage your team's access by adding new staff, changing passwords, and controlling who gets your security OTPs.
  • Notifications & Alerts: Choose exactly who on your team receives booking notifications and scheduled emails.
  • Switch Properties: If you manage multiple properties on NightsBridge, you can easily bounce between them right from here.

A quick tip on what you can see:

If you open your menu and don't see all of these options, don't worry! The menu perfectly adjusts based on your specific user access rights. Only staff in User Groups with higher management clearance will see the complete list of protected settings.
