How to update user login contact details

Keeping your team's login details up to date is an important part of keeping your NightsBridge system secure. Whether you need to add missing information for a new staff member or update an existing user's phone number, we've made it incredibly simple to manage your team's contact details.

Here is how to quickly update a team member's details:

Open your security settings:

Start by selecting 'Users & Security' right from your Property Menu.

Pick the user:

Simply click on the name of the staff member whose details you need to update.

Make your changes:

You can easily correct their old contact details or pop in any missing information here.

A quick tip on shared details:
For security reasons, make sure the contact number and email address you enter are completely unique to this specific user. Try to avoid using a shared property email or a general front desk phone number!

Save your updates:

Once everything looks correct, just click the 'Save' button. And you are all set!
