Running a successful property is a team effort. Giving your staff their own individual logins to your NightsBridge system is like handing out sets of keys to your front door. You want everyone to have the exact access they need to play their part, while keeping your business secure and organised.
Letβs walk through how to easily set up your team's access together.
Go to our website
(1) Head over to our website at site.nightsbridge.com and (2) click 'Login'.
(1) Just pop in your NightsBridge BBID and password, and (2) click 'Login'
Forgot your BBID? Don't worry! Just say hello on our chatbox in the bottom right corner, and we'll help you find it.
Think of User Groups like different departments in your property. For example, "Reception," "Finance," or "Management".
Open your Property Menu and click on Users & Security.
Add the User Group
Select (1) Manage Groups, and click the (2) '+ Add User Group' button.
- Give your group a clear name
- Now, you get to choose exactly which areas this group can access. You can handpick specific permissions for your Calendar (like adding payments or cancelling bookings), Administration Settings, Setup, and WebView.
If you want to give a manager full access, simply click 'Select All'.
Once you're happy, hit Save.
A quick note: Basic everyday actions, like changing a booking date or viewing the Payments & Invoices page, are always open to all users so your team is never stuck when trying to help a guest.
What access each permission grants
Here's a quick outline of what access each of the available permissions grant:

The new group will appear in your list, ready for you to link your staff user logins.
You are now able to add a new user and link them to the user group.
Now that your groups are ready, it's time to add the team!
- Click on + Add User and fill in your staff member's details.
Every person needs their own unique name, unique email address, and a mobile number that can receive text messages.
Please avoid using shared office emails or phone numbers.
Next, create a unique password for them that is 10 characters or shorter
The password should be 10 characters or shorter and unique - each user must have a different password.
Finally, use the drop-down menu to place them into the User Group you just created, giving them the right level of access, and click Save.
Let's make sure everything works perfectly.
Double-click the 'nightsbridge' icon on your computer's desktop.
In the login window, use the drop-down to find your new staff member's name.
- Enter the password you just created and hit OK.
If the main screen of your Calendar opens up, you're all set! Your team is officially connected and ready to go.
