How to contact NightsBridge Support using the NightsBridge App on Android

You may have a question and need to chat with a NightsBridge consultant while you're away from your computer. You can get help from us using your NightsBridge App.

You could also pick up and continue conversations made on your computer via the app.

Open the NightsBridge App on your Android device.

Access the Support chat facility

  • Click on the menu button.
  • Tap to Chat With Support.

There are two different ways we can help you:

  1. You can have a live chat conversation with one of our consultants
  2. You can use our help articles.

Live chat conversation

You can message us at any time and someone will get back to you with an answer.

  • During office hours: Monday - Friday 8:00-17:00, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays 9:00-15:00, someone will get back to you within minutes.
  • After-hours, you might only get an answer the following day.

Use the help articles

  • You can read articles arranged by topics which cover frequently asked questions.
  • The articles are available all the time.

How would you like to find your answer?

  • Tap to Send us a message.
  • Tap on Start a conversation... to start a new chat.
  • Start typing your message and someone will respond.
  • Click on Find your answer now.
  • The Get help page will open.
  • Tap to choose a chapter you are looking. In this example, our question concerns Settings.
  • All the articles in  your chosen chapter will display.
  • Tap to open the article you want to read. In this example, our query relates to "How do I change my Owner's Login password".
  • The article will open.
Congratulations, you are done!
