You can choose the way your calendar is presented in the NightsBridge App.
There are two different ways you can view your calendar. You can choose whichever format you prefer.
Occupancy view of calendar
- This option shows you how many guests are booked per day.
- This is the default option for you calendar view.
- In this example, there are 2 guests booked on 28 March.
Availability view of calendar
- This option shows you how many rooms you still have available per day.
- In this example, there are 6 rooms left for 28 March.
How to change between the availability and occupancy views
- Open the NightsBridge App on your Android device.
- Click on the menu button.
- Click on Settings.
- Your preferences will appear.
- Swipe the switch to toggle between the two options:
If you toggle the switch to "On" on the right, the calendar will display which rooms have been occupied.
If you toggle the switch to "Off" on the left, the calendar will display which rooms are available.
