You can use the NightsBridge App to take photos of your property and rooms and upload them directly to your NightsBridge Image Uploader.
Open the App menu
- Open your NightsBridge App on your phone.
- Tap on the menu button on the top left.
- This is the icon with the three lines.
Open "Images" from the menu
- Click on Images.
- Choose the room type which you want to photograph. You can select from:
- Bed
- Bedroom Interior
- Bathroom
Choose the type of photograph for your room type
- The Bedroom Interior and Bathroom options offer sub-categories to guide you on suitable things to photograph.
- Choose the sub-category for the photo you are going to take.
- In this example, we want to take a photo of the the seating area in the bedroom.
Upload a photo
We highly recommend you upload photos in landscape instead of portrait. A landscape orientation works better online to show off your rooms and property.
- You have the option to either take a new photo or use a photo from your Photo Libary.
- Tap on the sub-category or room type to select what you want to photograph.
- The app will open your camera and prompt you to Turn the Phone.
- Turn your phone horizontally on its side.
If you have turned your phone on its side and the Turn the Phone prompt is still visible on the camera screen, check that your auto-rotate has been disabled.
Do you want to take a photo now to upload or use an existing one from your phone's Gallery to upload?
- Click on Camera.
- Take the photo.
- Choose to:
- Camera icon to retake the photo until you are happy with what it looks like.
- Save/Edit the photograph if you want to review or adjust it later with editing software or upload.
- Tap to Upload if you want to upload the photo you have just taken.
Uploading a photo will immediately update your booking form image for that particular room type. The current room type images will no longer be visible as they will be overwritten by the new photos.
All photos on NightsBridge need to be a standard 4:3 aspect ratio. If you upload an image from your gallery, that are not 4:3, the photo quality will be low on the booking form.
- Click Photo Libary. Choose an image from your phone's Gallery. If you are prompted to ask for permission to access your Gallery, please grant it.
- Use the cropping tool by moving the box around the image and pinching to zoom to edit and show the detail you want.
- Tap Save to upload the image.
