DPO (Direct Pay Online): How to apply

DPO (Direct Pay Online) is a payment gateway that connects to NightsBridge.
This tutorial will guide you on how to apply, based on your located.

Are you located in South Africa or International?

DPO South Africa (Paygate)

DPO PayGate is a merchant-facilitated payment gateway for properties based in South Africa.

When a transaction is initiated by NightsBridge, the information is submitted to DPO.
DPO will provide the details to their linked banks who acquire the debit from the cards issuing bank.

Are you an existing DPO PayGate customer?

  • Let DPO PayGate know that you would like to link your account to NightsBridge.  You can contact them using the details available via this link: https://payfast.io/contact/
  • DPO PayGate will inform NightsBridge once the connection has been linked.
  • NightsBridge will contact you once the connection has been activated.

DPO International (3gdirect)

DPO International is a merchant-facilitated payment gateway for properties based outside South Africa.

When NightsBridge debits a transaction for a DPO linked client, it is actually submitting the card to DPO. DPO will give the details to their linked banks who acquire the debit from the card's issuing bank.

Are you an existing DPO customer?

  • Let DPO know that you would like to link your account to NightsBridge.  You can contact them using the details available via this link: https://dpogroup.com/contact-us/
  • DPO will inform NightsBridge once the connection has been linked.
  • NightsBridge will contact you once the connection has been activated.
  • Complete the DPO application form or contact the DPO sales team.
  • You will need this information to complete the form:
    • Certificate of Incorporation OR Business registration
    • Valid national ID or International passport copy, in colour, of at least one Director
    • Refund and cancellation policy
    • A high-resolution logo of the business
  • DPO will contact you directly to process the application.
  • NightsBridge will contact you once the connection has been activated.
