Adumo Online is an online payment gateway that facilitates transactions for clients operating within Namibia.
Once connected, Adumo will process your card transactions for NightsBridge.
Here we show you how to indicate that you are interested in connecting Adumo Online to NightsBridge.
Are you an existing Adumo online client?
1. Navigate to 'Payment Solutions' on the Links ManagerÂ
Go to the 'Integrations' section on Home.
- Click on the 'Integration Requests' tile
- Scroll down to 'Payment Solutions'
2. Request a connection to Adumo Online
Read the policy information and make sure you are comfortable with the conditions.
Agree to all conditions and payment policy by ticking the checkbox.
Click 'Confirm' to request the connection.
What to expect
- NightsBridge and Adumo Online will exchange the required information.
- NightsBridge will then complete the gateway configuration for your NightsBridge system.
- You will receive an email from NightsBridge confirming that you have been successfully linked with Adumo Online as your payment gateway for NightsBridge.
- NightsBridge will provide training to ensure that you are set up for success.
The expected turn-around time to process the connection is approximately 7 working days.
1. 📑 Application condition - Namibian Tourism Board registration
Bank Windhoek, in accordance with regulation compliance, requires that all contracted business be a registered member of the Namibian Tourism Board.
You will be required to supply your Namibian Tourism Board Certificate of Registration when applying for Adumo Online.
2. Navigate to 'Payment Solutions' on the Links ManagerÂ
Go to the 'Integrations' section on Home.
- Click on the 'Integration Requests' tile
- Scroll down to 'Payment Solutions'
3. Request a connection to Adumo Online
Read the policy information and make sure you are comfortable with the conditions.
Agree to all conditions and payment policy by ticking the checkbox.
Click 'Confirm' to request the connection.
What to expect
- NightsBridge will inform Bank Windhoek and Adumo Online of your interest in the payment gateway product.
- Bank Windhoek will contact you to initiate the process.
- Adumo Online will contact you regarding the application process.
- Once you are a registered client of Adumo Online, they will share your account credentials with NightsBridge.
- You will receive an email from NightsBridge confirming that you have been successfully linked with Adumo Online as your payment gateway for NightsBridge.
- NightsBridge will provide training to ensure that you are set up for success.
The expected turn-around time is approximately 7 to 14 working days.
