Adumo Online is an online payment gateway that facilitates transactions for NightsBridge clients operating within Namibia.
Once connected, Adumo will process your card transactions via NightsBridge.
Here is the application form and supporting documents needed to apply to connect to Adumo Online. You can email these to your Sales Consultant, who will send them to Bank Windhoek to start the connection process.

- Complete and sign this application form.
Supporting documents
- A copy of your Namibian Tourism Board (NTB) registration
- Not registered yet? Follow our tutorial: How to register with the Namibian Tourism Board.
- Proof of business trading address (e.g. municipal bill, lease agreement, or Deed of Sale).
- For Close Corporations: a copy of the founding statement.
- For PTY companies: copies of your CM1, CM2, CM9, CM22, CM26, CM29, CM44, and CM46.
- ID copies of all members/directors.
- Tax Registration Certificate.
- Bank account confirmation letter (for Bank Windhoek or any other bank of your choice).
