Here is a straightforward breakdown of all the costs associated with NightsBridge Pay.
Monthly service fee
To keep your payment system running smoothly and securely, NightsBridge Pay has a flat monthly service fee:
- R185.00 excluding VAT
- R212.72 including VAT
There is no activation fee.
Card commission fees
All Payment gateways as well as credit card machines charge credit card commission fees per transaction.
We charge the following card commission fees, which are very competitive within the market:
Excluding VAT:
- Visa and Mastercard:
- 3D domestic: 2.75%
- Non-3D domestic: 2.95%
- International: 3.25%
- Virtual Cards: 3.98%
- American Express: 3.25%
- Diners Club: 3.25%
Including VAT:
- Visa and Mastercard:
- 3D domestic: 3.16%
- Non-3D domestic: 3.39%
- International: 3.74%
- Virtual Cards: 4.57%
- American Express: 3.74%
- Diners Club: 3.74%
Please note: If a guest cancels a booking, card processing fees charged by the banking system cannot be refunded.
Bank transfer fee
When NightsBridge transfers your payouts into your bank account, a single transfer fee applies:
- R3.00 excluding VAT
- R3.45 including VAT
Smart daily grouping: To keep your costs as low as possible, all guest payments processed on the same day are grouped into a single daily transfer, meaning you only pay one transfer fee for that day's total payouts.
Free training, support, and flexible billing
- Free setup and support: You receive free one-on-one training during your setup, and ongoing help from our support team is always included in your monthly fee.
- Upfront payment discounts: If you choose to pay 6 months in advance, you receive a 5% discount. Pay 12 months in advance and enjoy a 10% discount.
- No long-term contracts: We believe in earning your partnership every day. You can cancel your account at any time without obligations or penalties.
Billing and contract
Billing for NightsBridge Pay will be the same as your NightsBridge billing, and if you pay in advance for 6 months, you qualify for a 5% discount, or get 10% discount when you pay one year in advance.
We don't tie you into long-term contracts, and you can cancel anytime, without obligation.
