How to resend the booking confirmation email for an online booking

Managing any type of accommodation means keeping your communication clear and your guests happy. We built NightsBridge to be one system for everything, making it simple to share important reservation details. Sometimes a booking confirmation goes missing, but sending a fresh copy takes only a few clicks. Knowing you can easily resend these important emails helps you sleep better at night.

Find the Right Reservation in Seconds

To send a new confirmation email, you first need to open the specific reservation. Start by selecting the Quick View button on your Home screen.

Once you see your Recent Bookings tab, locate the reservation you need and click the Booking and Payment Status button. Clicking the Booking and Payment Status button opens the complete financial and booking record, giving you all the tools you need to manage the stay.

Send a Fresh Confirmation with Ease

Once you have the Booking and Payment Status page open, click to expand the Booking Details section and look for the Resend Confirmation Email button.

Clicking the Resend Confirmation Email button reveals your sending options. You can choose to send the email to the guest, directly to yourself at the property, or to both parties simultaneously.

Simply select your preferred recipients and click Send.

A small confirmation message will appear in the bottom right corner of your screen to let you know the system sent the email successfully.

Keep in mind that if you captured a booking manually, the system only allows you to select the guest as the recipient.

Help Your Guests Locate Missing Emails

Occasionally, an email service provider might filter automated messages away from the main inbox. If a guest mentions missing the booking confirmation email, ask the guest to check the relevant Spam or Junk mail folders.

If the emails consistently filter into the spam folder, the guest will need to contact the specific email service provider directly to resolve the filtering issue.
