See Every Important Detail Before They Walk In
We've set up the page so that you have all the most important details right at your fingertips without having to search. At a quick glance, you can easily spot:
- Who is arriving (the guest name), their unique Booking ID, where they are staying (the allocated room and room type) and the rate they are paying.
- Their exact arrival and departure dates, along with helpful symbols showing the number of guests, children, and nights so you can prepare the room perfectly.
- Where the booking came from and a clear breakdown of their billing.

If you need more information about a specific guest, you can access it with just one click directly from the Arrivals page:
- Want to see the bigger picture? Click the 'View Calendar' button to open up the full Booking Details for that specific reservation.
- If you want to check on their account, click the 'Booking & Payment Status' button to go straight to their payment overview.
- Looking for special requests? Just click the drop-down arrow to expand and read any extra booking notes.
