See All Your Essential Booking Details Instantly
To save you time, we've organised this page so your newest bookings are always sitting right at the top.
Without having to dig around, you can immediately spot:
- Who is staying with you (the guest name),
- their unique Booking ID, and
- which room they are allocated to.
The page also shows:
- their exact arrival and departure dates,
- where the booking originally came from, the date it was made, and
- where things stand with their deposit and total payment.
Need to dig a little deeper?
We've kept the page simple, but you can easily access more details with just a click:
Click the:
- Click the 'View Calendar' button to open up the full Booking Details for that specific guest.
- If you need to check on the financial side of things, the 'Booking and Payment Status' button will take you straight to their payment overview.
- Looking for specific guest notes? Just click the Arrow button to display their extra information, and click it again to tuck it neatly out of the way.
