We've organised this page so you have all the essential details ready before your guests hand back their keys.
At a quick glance, you can easily spot:
- Who is checking out (the guest name), their unique Booking ID, the exact room and room type they stayed in and the rate they paid.
- Their arrival and departure dates, along with helpful symbols reminding you of the number of guests, children, and the total nights they stayed.
- Where the original booking came from and a clear breakdown of their billing.
Need to check a detail before they leave?
If you need to double-check an account or look up a specific note, you can access more information with just one click directly from the Departures page:
- Click the 'View Calendar' button to open up the full Booking Details for that reservation.
- Want to ensure they are fully paid up? The 'Booking & Payment Status' button takes you straight to their payment overview.
- Looking for any special notes you made? Just click the drop-down arrow to easily expand and read extra booking details.
