• NightsBridge provides Just Reserves with your content (descriptions and images) as set up on NightsBridge to create your listing.
  
• When your content or photos change, please contact Just Reserves directly to update your listing.

• Just Reserves collects full payment from the guest and pays you the amount less the agreed commission.
  
• Payment terms depend on your agreement with the channel.

• You need to refund Just Reserves directly. 
• Just Reserves will refund the guest.
