Adumo Online: The connection process

Adumo Online is an online payment gateway that facilitates transactions for clients operating within Namibia.
Once connected, Adumo will process your card transactions for NightsBridge.

Here we show you how to indicate that you are interested in connecting Adumo Online to NightsBridge.

Are you an existing Adumo online client?

Contact NightsBridge

• Email the NightsBridge Connectivity Team mentioning that you would like to connect your Adumo Online account to NightsBridge.

In your email to the Connectivity Team please provide the below info:

• Property Name
• BBID
• Primary contact person
• Merchant Name
• Merchant ID
• 3D Secure ID
• Non-3D Secure ID

• Alternatively, you can call NightsBridge on +27 (0)87 943 6035 or +27 (0)87 195 3189 to express your interest.

Please have the above-mentioned information available when calling.

What to expect

  1. NightsBridge and Adumo Online will exchange the required information.
  2. NightsBridge will then complete the gateway configuration for your NightsBridge system.
  3. You will receive an email from NightsBridge confirming that you have been successfully linked with Adumo Online as your payment gateway for NightsBridge.
  4. NightsBridge will provide training to ensure that you are set up for success.

The expected turn-around time to process the connection is approximately 7 working days.

• Email the NightsBridge Connectivity Team expressing your interest in Adumo Online.

In your email to the Connectivity Team please provide the below info:

• Property name
• BBID
• Primary contact person

Please have the above-mentioned information available when calling.

What to expect

  1. NightsBridge will contact Adumo Online to inform them of your interest in their payment gateway product.
  2. Adumo Online will contact you regarding the application process.
  3. Once you are a registered client of Adumo Online, they will share your account credentials with NightsBridge.
  4. You will receive an email from NightsBridge confirming that you have been successfully linked with Adumo Online as your payment gateway for NightsBridge.
  5. NightsBridge will provide training to ensure that you are set up for success.

The expected turn-around time is approximately 7 to 14 working days.
