How to filter payment transactions by status

Managing your cash flow shouldn't feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. If you need to quickly find specific payment transactions, the Filter by Status feature makes it incredibly easy to see exactly what you are looking for. Whether you want to review all successful payments processed by NightsBridge Pay or track down transactions with a specific status, this guide will show you how to sort your records. By filtering your payment data, you can save time on your daily admin.

1. Head to your payment transactions

First, make sure you have navigated to your main payment transactions page. You can reach the Payments page in two easy ways:

  • Click the 'Payments & Invoices' tile right on your NightsBridge Home screen.
  • Alternatively, you can just select 'Payments' from your Main Menu.

2. Open the filter tool

Look for the 'Filter by Status' option on your screen. Click on it to expand the drop-down menu, and all the different payment statuses will display for you to make a selection.

3. Choose your status

Simply select the required payment status from the list. Once you select your specific choice from the available options, the page will automatically update so that only the payment transactions with that selected status will display. All the extra noise disappears!
