PayBridge Lite has many benefits for you and your guests.

Benefits included in PayBridge Lite
- Deposit payments are automatically deducted from the guest’s credit card before arrival (according to your deposit policy). This means you don't need to follow up with the guest, saving you time and admin.
- You and the guest are instantly notified via email and SMS once a payment has been made. This helps you keep track of who has paid and whether or not a payment was successful.
- The deposits taken via your own website and Google Hotels are 3D Secure payments, which reduces your card security risk.
- PayBridge Lite will automatically process virtual card payments (e.g. virtual cards from Booking.com).
- Some physical card machines cannot process a card without the card being present, while PayBridge Lite can.
- Automated processing on the virtual card's activation date saves you time, reduces errors and ensures payments are not missed.
- PayBridge Lite will pay any funds in to your bank account every two to three working days. In some instances, you may even find that you get paid quicker when using PayBridge Lite, as some of the booking sites can take up to three weeks to make payment.
- PayBridge Lite will pay batch payments in to your bank account to ensure that you only pay one bank transfer fee per batch.
- You can choose whether they would like your PayBridge Lite payments to be made to to every two days, weekly or monthly.
- When a payment is made via PayBridge Lite, the payment will automatically be added to the Accounts tab of the booking on NightsBridge. This makes it easier to trace who has paid and whether there are any outstanding balances.
- The Payment Reconciliation on NightsBridge gives you a central place to track payment details, card commissions and bank fees for payments we have transferred to your bank account.
- You will clearly be able to see the connection between the payment and the booking, which will help you keep track of all payments.
- We offer comprehensive training when you are activated on PayBridge Lite, and all training and support is included in the cost of the service. You can ask for additional training any time you need it.
- We are not a bank. We offer friendly, human assistance via a central support team (rather than the client having to remember which number to call for what issue). Even our 'chat bot' is a real person!
- NightsBridge works with large amounts of payment data, so it's easier for us to spot fraud and suspicious patterns. We share information on scams and security with our clients and let them know when there are issues they should be aware of.
Benefits excluded from PayBridge Lite
- Unlike PayBridge, you cannot use the credit card link to process cards.
- This means that you will need to collect any outstanding amount or the balance of the guests stay via your own card machine.
- The link can only be used securely to retrieve card details, for you to manually process on your card machine.
