How do Agoda payments work?

Agoda is an international Online Travel Agency (OTA) website.

There are four payment methods available on Agoda.

Keep in mind that:

  • You NEED to have credit card facilities to link with Agoda.
  • The amount that you are taking off of Agoda's credit card is the booking amount less Agoda's commission (usually 15%). This amount reflects on your booking confirmation email.
  • For urgent payment issues, you can contact Agoda on [email protected].

The four payment options available on Agoda are:

  • Agoda provides credit card details for payment (Mastercard).
  • Payment can only be taken on the day AFTER guest arrival.
  • You have up to 150 days after the arrival date to take payment before the card details expire.
  • Agoda's credit card details are sent with the booking and can be retrieved from within NightsBridge. (See our tutorial on how to find a guest's credit card details if you need more help.)
