Content: Listing
  • You will need to provide Hostelworld directly with your content in order for them to create your listing. 
  • When your content changes, please contact Hostelworld directly to update. 
Payments
  • The guest enters their card details to confirm the booking. 
  • Accepted cards are: Visa, Visa Delta*, Visa Electron*, Mastercard, Switch*, JCB
  • Hostelworld collects deposit payment from guest to confirm bookings and pay the money to your property excluding commission.
Refunds

  • Refunds are made via Customer Service team with Hostelworld directly.
  • Contact Hostelworld directly if you have queries on refunds 

Countries/Currencies
  • Hostelworld is available globally and accepts multiple currencies.
Commission
  • 15% commission charged per booking
Rates
  • Nightsbridge updates rates to Hostelworld.
  • Hostelworld rates are based on a per bed per night basis. What this means is that Hostelworld specifically uses your 'per person' rate and multiplies it by the total capacity/occupancy of the room.
