When you make changes to room types or meal plans on your NightsBridge setup, your STO rate sheets need to be updated with the new rates.
This step will ensure that if you've added a room type or meal plan, it will be distributed via the STO rate sheet.
Navigate to Setup
Review the tutorial 'How to find Setup' should you need guidance.
Click 'STO Rate Sheet'
'STO Rate Sheets' is located under the Advanced Options section.
Click on the rate sheet you would like to edit
Scroll down to 'Roomtypes/ meal plans available to this ratesheet'.
If you haven't added a new meal plan yet and need guidance on doing this, please click here.
Tick the box for the new meal plan and set the rates.
- Tick the box for the new meal plan.
- Click 'Set Rates' to add the rates.
Add rates for the selected room type and meal plan
- Input the rates.
- Click 'Save' on the Rate Capture screen.
Check the decimals when adding rates.
e.g. if the rate is R 1500.00 per night, type '1500' and the system will automatically add the decimals.
Please check this for accuracy.
Click 'Save' on the Maintain STO / Rate Sheets
Click 'Save'.
You will be directed to the STO Rate Sheets page where you can click 'Exit' to return to Setup.
Publish your changes
Once you have made all the changes and added the rates to your new meal plan all the sites and channels getting that STO will have the correct rate pushed through correctly.
After you have published please go back to the screen to check that the rates have been captured correctly.
