You can quickly search for a booking, using the NightsBridge booking ID (NB-Booking ID), with the search bar in the navigation menu on the far-left side of your screen.
Search for the booking
- Click on the 'Search' icon (magnifying glass) on the Main Menu
A search field will display.
- Enter the 9-digit NB-Booking ID number
- Click 'Go'.
The Bookings & Payment Status page for the booking will opened.
