How to move a booking to another room

This Article will take you through the process of changing the booking over to a new room.

This may happen if you have over booked into a room or if you would like to upgrade the guests booking.

Start off by accessing your NightsBridge calender.

Please look at our tutorial on how access your calendar if you need more information on how to do that.

Click on the booking in question

Click on "Change Room"

Click on The arrow pointing down

You will be able to select any of the rooms that are available for the duration of the booking.

 

Click on the room you would like to apply

Click "OK"

Click "Save Changes"

It will ask if you want to make changes to rates

If you would like to change the rates, then click on yes. Otherwise, click on no. 

Click "Refresh Rates"

It will ask if you sure you want to refresh rates, click "Yes"

Click "OK"

Click "Exit"

Click "Synchronise"

Click "Start Synchronization"

Click "Exit"
