How to split a room to a new booking

You may need to split one of the rooms in a multi-room booking onto its own booking. This can happen when guests are staying for different  dates or a room needs to be on a separate account.  

View the room you want to split

Go to the multi-room booking.

Click to View all rooms. In this example, the NightsBridge Booking ID (NBID) is 76360716.

Choose the room you would like to split. In this example we want to split Room 5 into its own booking.

Split the booking

Click to Split Booking.

  • A confirmation note will pop up.
  • Click Yes to confirm.

The specific room of the multi-room booking will be split off into its own single-room booking.

View the new NBID

  • Synchronise your calendar.
  • The new NBID number display. The NBID for the new booking is 79286999.
