This tutorial will show you how to enter a manual booking into your NightsBridge calendar (PCBridge).
Open the NightsBridge calendar (PCBridge)

Select the start date of the booking from the drop-down calendar
Indicate the number of nights to be booked
Either select the end date of the booking from the drop-down calendar, which will automatically calculate the number of nights to be booked, or manually type the correct number of nights into the field.
Click on Select Room(s)
Tick the box(es) next to the room(s) to be booked
Click on Book
Enter client details
Start typing either the first name, surname or company name of the person making the booking into the relevant field.
A list of existing clients with matching first names, surnames and/or company names will appear in the box below the search fields.
If the client HAS booked with you previously:
The client has already been entered into your NightsBridge system and his/her name and contact details will appear in the box below the search fields.
Click on the name of the specific client to select them from the list of search results.
If the client HAS NOT booked with you previously:
The client has not already been entered into your NightsBridge system and his/her name and contact details will not appear in the box below the search fields.
Enter the first name, surname and company name (if applicable) of the person making the booking into the relevant fields.
Check number of adults and/or children and amend if necessary
Click on OK
Booking Details window will open for new booking
Click on Save Changes
Click on Exit
New booking appears in the calendar grid
Click on Synchronise
Click on Start Synchronisation
Click on Exit
If the pop-up window states that synchronisation is successful, this means that the new booking has been sent up to NightsBridge and the property's availability has been successfully updated on the NightsBridge server.
